I require an urgent appointment?
We endeavour to see all patients in a timely manner. We ask to see your referral so the treating surgeon can Triage your appointment and advice if urgent treatment is required.
When do I get my results from my ultrasound that I had in the rooms?
If you are having a Surveillance ultrasound your surgeon will write you a letter with the result and advise you if you need any further scans, without needing a consultation saving of expense.
While I am here having an ultrasound for my surgeon, can you scan my tummy as my GP said you could.
Unfortunately, the sonographer can only perform the ultrasound the referring surgeon has requested. The practice is accredited to only perform Vascular ultrasounds in the practice.
If I have private health insurance can I get a earlier appointment?
The practice does not discrimate between public and private patients. We allocate appointments to the patient of the triage of their condition.
